ABSTRACT

This chapter provides a deep insight on how the word competition could be used to design and create a wide array of stable patterns that can withstand the test of time and differing application scenarios. Competition is used in the context where two or more parties are racing for something that is common. The most significant problem is the number of competitors and difficult in understanding the process of competition in a particular domain. The competition analysis pattern is generic enough to serve as building block for applications in a diverse domain. The good part of competition is its ability to bring out the best in any striving party, as it tries its best and attempts to innovate new methods or techniques to beat its rival in a level-playing field. The bad face of competition can be the loss of morality or ethics in order to beat a competitor.
