ABSTRACT
At the age of 40, Hugh Bowyer took over the chairmanship of Gales. He was then a family man, Hugh and Katherine’s marriage having been blessed with two children - a son, Reginald George, was born in late August, 1932 and destined to follow his father into the Royal Air Force, and a daughter, Patricia, arrived in late July 1935 to complete their family.
