ABSTRACT
When IT employees are asked what they like most about their jobs, many will tell you they like working in a profession in which everything is constantly changing. This is absolutely true. IT sits at the crossroads between the evolving needs of its business partners and the perpetual innovation that occurs within the technology industry. IT should ideally serve as the spark plug for technology innovation within an enterprise, collaborating with its partners in implementing new capabilities that will improve the efficiency of daily operations and deliver competitive business advantages as well.
