ABSTRACT
This chapter describes how Jenny became involved in drugs, and eventually moved into and out of homelessness. It questions judgments that we have made, and their relationship with various psychoanalytic and political representations of the Law, and the formidable operation of giving up, especially in relation to the self, within this context.
