KEY POINTS • Diagnosis of recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL) is more
than or equal to two consecutive losses or three nonconsecutive losses of pregnancy <20 weeks.
• Workup includes uterine study, antiphospholipid antibodies (APAs), and parental karyotypes, as well as karyotype of products of conception (POC) (if available).
