ABSTRACT

The Close Stage is the last stage of the standard project life cycle of the Customizable and Adaptable Methodology for Managing Projects. The Close Stage is a stage like all others. Therefore, the processes apply to this final stage. The only exception is that closing this stage coincides with the project closure. At the Close Stage, the team will collect and summarize all stages' closure output as part of the final project close-out report. The final report could just be a collection of the stage reports, but it would be good to include other things that the team did not cover in a given stage. The Close Stage is the last stage of the project life cycle and would be the final chapter on the first dimension of the CAMMP™ three-dimensional model. In the CAMMP Model, the final report consists of the following topics: reconciliation, lessons learned, project success assessment, benefits realization evaluation and organizational records update.
