ABSTRACT
The previous chapter dealt strictly with the condition of mixed parts, which can affect numerous types of customers. The chapter listed some opportunities for improvement that can be considered to develop all suppliers. In summary, the supplier needs to provide proper controls of plant operation so that it can have a direct positive impact on the customer’s profitability and operation. The requirements are not all-inclusive, but they do represent the majority of provisions that should be practiced by all suppliers. They can be utilized to create an effective system for inexperienced suppliers.
