ABSTRACT

The previous chapter dealt with requirements that make the facilitation of corrective changes easier. These practices include establishing criteria for corrective action, compliance to customer requirements, the documentation and use of the quality system, the availability of records and information, management participation and action, new contract requirements, workstation observation, quality process pointers, manufacturing metrics, readiness, operational issues, and finally, plant visits and tours of the facilities.
