ABSTRACT
Based on the analyses of chapters (one, two, three and four), the rationale for this present study of the Telephone Organisation of Thailand (TOT), the Communications Authority of Thailand (CAT) and the Post and Telegraph Department (PTD) is to explore the idea of a NTSPP in Thailand. Chapter four suggests the research framework for the study of a NTSPP in Thailand (refer to figure 4.1). Detailed NTSPP research methodology and design is provided in chapter four. Considering the preceding chapters, the aim here is to provide the analyses of the actual TSPP strategies of the national telecommunications regulators in Thailand.
