ABSTRACT

This chapter explains how the dual rhythms of the integral research-to-innovation trajectory build on each other to transform the society. It provides an overview of the four paxes, which focused on particular developmental impulse, to the CARE functions, and the institutionalization of such an impulse, in order to ensure its long-term sustainable rooting in society. Pax Communis, which in CARE terms is called Community activation, corresponds to Call, leading to healing of the community and a happy and healthy coexistence through deeper consciousness of abilities, sense of self-worth and reconnection with nature and community. The chapter deals with the final function of care: Embodiment via transformative education and transformative enterprise. The education takes place in full embeddedness in the real life-world of one's community. Communitalism is the release of individual and communal, organizational and societal genius of a particular nature, culture, technology and economy and societal transformation.
