ABSTRACT

This introduction presents an overview of the key concepts discussed in the subsequent chapters of this book. The book discusses ten ontology methods that are part of the ontological storytelling turn. These methods study the nature of Being, becoming, and the meaning of existence in the world. The book provides to develop relational process ontology dialectics and multiplicity to develop 4th Wave Grounded Theory methodology for Ontological-Organizational Research Methods (O-ORM). Ontological storytelling research is all about the relation between numeric-multiplicity algorithms colonizing qualitative-multiplicity. ORM-science tells its stories about its statistics and its ways of empirical science. The testing of 'true' and 'false' storytelling is the task of scientific methods of O-ORM. Storytelling is being determined by social structures, which are being affected by the storytelling. This relationship contributes to organization continuity and to organization change. Storytelling in Action is ontological, and is also a methodology for research, and therefore can be either about dialectical storytelling methods, or multiplicity ontology methods.
