ABSTRACT
In professional as well as in private life, we make many decisions daily. Some are simple, others complex. Our decisions are based on our perceptions, which, in turn, are based on various factors that contributed to who we are today. This chapter will highlight the importance of understanding the complexity of choice and reality, both phenomena that are individually geared. In understanding that there are always choices and that there are multiple realities, this chapter aims to solidify the foundation for greater understanding and compassion needed in leadership.
