ABSTRACT
A newborn male infant was diagnosed with Hirschsprung disease after presenting on day 6 of life with poor stooling, abdominal distention, and vomiting.
He was managed with rectal irrigations, and irrigations were successful in decompressing him.
His contrast enema is shown below.
