ABSTRACT

The objectives of this chapter are to describe the biology and management of the major postharvest diseases of citrus fruits, including the green and blue molds, sour rot, stem-end rots, anthracnose, brown rot, black rot or Alternaria rot, and several minor diseases. The scope of the review encompasses all relevant literature on this subject, regardless of its age. Our goal is to provide both academic and practical information for anyone interested in this subject.
