Short-term load forecasting based on fuzzy neural network using ant colony optimization algorithm

On the basis of fuzzy neural network load forecasting, the weights and thresholds of fuzzy neural network and the number of neurons in hidden layer are optimized by ant colony algorithm. A short-term load forecasting model of fuzzy neural network based on ant colony optimization is proposed. Through case analysis, it shows that this algorithm can obtain high accuracy, and it is an effective method for short-term load forecasting.
