ABSTRACT

With the rapid development of electronic technology, there is a need for higher requirements in electromagnetic compatibility of power supply systems in industrial control systems. This paper first puts forward the whole design of a high-frequency switching power supply system based on a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), and then designs the main controller, sampling circuit and drive circuit of the power system. It selects the important parameters of a high-frequency transformer and provides an improved design for an ElectroMagnetic Interference (EMI) filter circuit to filter out power electromagnetic interference. Simulation results show that the proposed DSP-based high-frequency switching power supply system in this paper can better filter out power electromagnetic interference and improve the effectiveness and reliability of high-frequency switching power supply systems.
