ABSTRACT
Given the characteristics of military information requirement systems, a military requirement system based on the reconstruction conjecture in graph theory was proposed to analyze the hierarchy of needs and resolve the relationships between objects. The steps of the military requirement system construction were determined. By combining quality and quantitative methods, the developed information system can fully meet the customers’ requirements.
