Machine-team quota measurement of a power transmission project based on GM and BPNN

Because the existing methods for machine-team quota measurement are time-consuming and laborious, it is very important to propose a new method. Considering the characteristics of power transmission project and quota measurement, this paper presents a hybrid method combined with Gray Model (GM) and Back Propagation Neural Network (BPNN) to measure the machine-team quota. Example results show that this method can not only reduce the work of quota measurement, but also make up for the lack of sample size.
