ABSTRACT
In order to reduce the difficulty of measuring insulation by the dielectric loss method, this paper studies the method of measuring the main insulation tanδ under low frequency according to the structure characteristics of submarine cable. Firstly, the causes, selection and principle of the main insulation monitoring of submarine cable is introduced. Then a specific embodiment of main insulation monitoring of submarine cable based on the system low frequency signal is provided.
