ABSTRACT
The problem, that water company deals with is lack of far-reaching plans to repair the water supply system. Usually the network replacement is performed by the way of investment work involving the reconstruction of underground infrastructure or construction of new facilities or in case of failure, when sections of the network are damaged to such degree, that are qualified only for replacement (Ball et al. 1995, Glowacz et al. 2015, Ondrejka Harbulakova et al. 2014, 2015, Pietrucha-Urbanik 2015).
