ABSTRACT

It does not matter what software you use for editing. Most software engage in the same tools, but use diff erent types of interfaces and capabilities. For example, DaVinci Resolve contains the most tools and control when color correcting, and they’ve added tools for picture and sound editing. Can the software do what you need it to do? And does the software give you a certain amount of pleasure-or cause the least amount of frustration-when editing via the interface? If both those answers are yes, then that’s the one you should use.
