ABSTRACT

The interview process can be frustrating. You can’t predict what you will end up finding out, so it may not be until much later in the project that you understand the value of the information someone gave you. What seemed unimportant in the beginning might become crucial by the end. Your story will emerge out of the little pieces of information you gather. Sometimes each piece alone isn’t worth much, but put them together and the picture they form may startle you.
