ABSTRACT
Managing subcontracts has been discussed earlier in this book, and I provide more details in this chapter. I also point out areas to pay extra attention to when negotiating subcontracts. Th is guidance applies to all Program contracts including the contract the Program has with the customer. Special emphasis is given to Program subcontracts.
