ABSTRACT
It is understandable that the need for a turnaround program may be construed as a source of embarrassment for an enterprise. Some enterprise leadership may feel that having to resort to a new Program Plan is a serious failure in the way they set up the original program. However, as discussed at the beginning of this book, it is all too often easy to make the mistakes that can lead to a poor plan or the wrong leadership for a development program.
