ABSTRACT

This conclusion presents some closing thoughts on the concepts covered in the preceding chapters of the book. The book focuses on how employees do not work for companies; they work for people. Clients and customers also choose to work with employee and the organization based on the experience they have with the people. On the journey to leadership, one must travel from one place to another. Some locations will be more exotic than others. There will be times when people take the direct route and other times when they decide the scenic route is in order. Rocket science is logical and somewhat predictable. Leadership is exactly the opposite of rocket science, and for many it's just as complex. It's unpredictable and at times highly illogical. It's the thrill and excitement that have led down this path of helping leaders to find their magnetism.
