ABSTRACT
To provide a count for the DH category in column O, you can either count the number of DH responses yourself and input the count by hand or let Excel count the responses for you. To use Excel, place the cursor in cell O2. Click on the Formulas tab at the top, and Insert Function on the left. The Insert Function box should appear (see Exhibit 19.2).
