ABSTRACT
Robin did not view herself as an extraordinary leader; she was modest and at times lacked confidence, and she had an ambivalent relationship with power. However, I knew her as a remarkable, courageous transformational leader who touched many people. Robin blended Grace with Grit beautifully by genuinely caring for people first.
