ABSTRACT
Jessica Sharpe has been at Greenwood High School in Greenwood, Arizona, for three years as an assistant softball and basketball coach and as a social studies teacher. In her short tenure, she has won a state championship and made another playoff appearance. There is a definite advantage to coaching in a small town like Greenwood: everyone knows who the coaches are, and when they and the teams are successful, the community treat them like royalty.
