ABSTRACT

This chapter describes a method of summation of projection data by G-rays, which is based on the concept of the point map of projections. For this concept, the map of each point on the Cartesian lattice N × N is considered in the form of a matrix which describes all A-rays passing through this point. Each point is considered as a particle on the lattice, which is described by the field which the authors call the field of the particle. Each particle in the 3-D space was considered with its co-particle, and this pair of particles was described by the function and as a result, the principle of energy conservation was preserved. The first matrix describes the field function of the A-particle (0, 0); the second matrix is the first basis function of the inverse transform R-1. The discrete model of image reconstruction by A-rays can be solved by means of field functions of particles.
