ABSTRACT
Frequency response is the steady-state response of a linear time-invariant (lti) system to a sinusoid input signal of constant amplitude and variable frequency. The time response of an lti system to a sinusoid input signal is also a sinusoid signal, with the frequency of the input signal but different amplitude and phase angle.
