ABSTRACT
It is easy to poke fun at meetings. Sometimes they can be long, unproductive, and leave the participants wondering whether it was worth the time spent. However, meetings are critical to bringing together ideas from different perspectives. The key is to have effective meetings. While this may be easier said than done, this chapter contains some guidelines that will help to produce the desired result.
