ABSTRACT

PSpice is a general-purpose circuit program that can be applied to simulate electronic and electrical circuits. A circuit must be specified in terms of element names, element values, nodes, variable parameters, and sources. The circuit is to be simulated for calculating and plotting the transient response from 0 to 400 µs with an increment of 1 µs. The value of a circuit element is written after the nodes to which the element is connected. The values are written in standard floating-point notation with optional scale and units suffixes. The values of some circuit elements are dependent on other parameters; for example, the inductance of an inductor depends on the initial conditions, the capacitance on voltage, and the resistance on temperature.
