ABSTRACT
The general concepts of the cluster systems, constructed on the basis of FELs of different types, are discussed in the ideological Chapter 1. Let us continue discussion of some of their aspects in this chapter. However, at this time, we will be interested, mainly, in the FEL classi£cation, history, and their key technological basis.
