ABSTRACT
Fluorocarbons, consisting of carbon and fluorine atoms are industrial gases. We consider selected target particles with the general chemical formula CnF2n+2. They are fluorine-substituted derivatives of alkanes. The series for n = 1-3 has been extensively analyzed by Christophorou and Olthoff (2004) and we summarize their vast publication for the sake of completeness, providing some additional data. Selected properties of target particles are shown in Table 103.1.
