ABSTRACT
This chapter explores passive and active circuit realization of continuous-time filters. We have seen how to evaluate the transfer function of a filter such as Butterworth, Chebyshev, elliptic or Bessel-Thomson, given frequency response specifications. Having evaluated the filter transfer function H (s) we have also seen how to realize it as an active filter using integrators, constant multipliers and adders.
