ABSTRACT
The „rst Nanotechnology Conference addressing Human Resources Development in Nanotechnology1 was held in 2003. It was hosted by Dr. Joydeep Dutta of the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) in Thailand, partnering with Dr. Jurgen Schulte, of the Asian Paci„c Nano Forum (APNF), with support from the Microelectronics School of Advanced Technologies (MTEC), the Thai Academy of Science and Technology (TAST), and the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA).
