ABSTRACT
As there may be errors during information transmission or even missing information, CC operators also have to deal with uncertain, incomplete, and inconsistent information. The introduction of new plants and new equipment in the power systems requires efficient updating of knowledge. Moreover, power systems require real-time control that considers a huge amount of information, which is also very demanding for knowledge-based applications.
