ABSTRACT
This section describes the basics of connection-oriented communication [1, 2]. As shown in Figure 2.1, the network is divided logically into two types: the C plane (control plane) and the U plane (user plane). The C plane controls the network, and the U plane transmits/receives signals in a free exchange of information.
