ABSTRACT
Providing training for other professionals in the community is also part of a Premium Aftercare Program, including obtaining approval of Continuing Education Units (CEUs) from governing bodies. Some funeral homes also offer ongoing bereavement information and support services for juvenile detention centers, churches, foster care systems, and community colleges. In addition, aftercare personnel serve on advisory boards, such as school crisis intervention teams, The Compassionate Friends, and Hospice Foundations.
