ABSTRACT
I felt a “pull” to accept his offer, but at the same time I had everything one could want in a teaching position. I was a tenured Associate Professor, I had great faculty colleagues, great students, as well as the three best things about being a teacherAune, July, and August off! To give up all of that would certainly be a major change.
