ABSTRACT
When people who become unconscious during a heart attack or some other illness are revived, some of them report unusual experiences. Some say that they have had an out-of-body experience during which they witnessed their own resuscitation. Some report traveling down a dark tunnel only to appear at a rural scene of bliss and beauty. Once there some people meet a bright being of light and undergo a review of their past lives. Others report meeting deceased relatives or friends.
