ABSTRACT

About six months after attending the Rothman-Cole Center, I had a serious falling out with Marc. I asked him if it disturbed him that he, Alice, and the boys had frequent opportunity to spend time with my parents and Steven and his family during the winter months, while never spending any with Edward, Pamela, and me. When he answered that quite frankly he didn’t give a damn, even I was astounded at my reaction. I felt completely rejected and became hysterical once I hung up the phone. Edward didn’t know how to calm me down, except that when Alice called back to apologize, Edward told her that I had no desire to speak to either one of them and that, as far as he was concerned, my brothers were bastards who didn’t deserve the time of day from me.
