Financial management builds and maintains the framework for the company's production. It tracks production history and establishes parameters to ensure that current and future production achieves profit goals. A company's leadership is a sustaining competitive advantage – leadership that knows how to set goals and achieve desired results. Leaders are guides showing the way while simultaneously directing employee performance that is necessary to reach the company's destination. Leadership is all about results, and development is about creating a working environment in which all individuals recognize their role and responsibility in achieving the goals to which they commit.
