ABSTRACT

Major topics covered in this chapter include approaches for locating appropriate peer-reviewed sources and strategies for analyzing existing research.  We will walk students through the process of decoding a research article, starting with the article’s abstract, research questions, and reference list. Next, we’ll delve into the article’s results and conclusions sections, and finally, look at existing examples of literature reviews.
