ABSTRACT
In Chapter 2 we review the four key strategies that have been used to deal with climate justice tensions: fair burden sharing, green growth, legal liability, and grassroots climate justice mobilization. Each of these brings important conceptual and material resources to the table, providing the foundation for our work, but alone none of them is fully capable of addressing the urgency and complexity of the justice tensions in the climate context.
