A 42-year-old woman presents with a history of progressive hearing loss. Her audiogram is shown. As shown on the audiogram, she has no contralateral reflexes on the left side to the sound presentation on the right side and a questionable reflex at 110 dB HL at 2 kHz on the right ipsilateral testing. On left-sided sound presentation, she has good ipsilateral reflexes and reflexes are also present in the right ear and the traces are shown (up is a decrease in admittance in these tracings).
