The next generation of leaders in our digital economy will be able to look at the paths currently in their infancy or new markets created in the wake of growing industries and prepare accordingly. The digital brain-based economy might have the ability to play havoc on our work/life balance and may have depleted the industrial economy— but knowing how to use the "connected" nature to our advantage is a strong special power for digital era networking and career climbing.
