ABSTRACT
We have now identified the primary components of our complex systems management model. One possible configuration of these components is provided in Figure 10.1, an explanation for which follows. Upon examining Figure 10.1, we see that enterprises are subject to forces that are in large beyond their control that are represented in the outermost reaches or perimeter of Figure 10.1 by the BEST environmental domains.
