ABSTRACT
The Plan–Do–Study–Act (PDSA) Cycle is so commonly used and so versatile that it may be considered to provide the cement that bonds the bricks of our complex management systems operational excellence model. Included among its many uses are such activities as alignment, development, and improvement.
