ABSTRACT

As shown in Figure 7.1, the actual management of risk is an intricate and multilayered process, which requires top-to-bottom involvement of the entire organization. In that respect, risk management is intended to leverage trust and confidence for any given system across the entire spectrum of the organizational culture. Trust is an important concept in the consideration of good risk management practice. It is the means which an organization adopts to ensure trust will influence its longterm corporate relationships as well as the internal and external aspects of doing business.
